Freestyle and Greco-Roman training focused on technical and skill development in preparation for State, Regional, National, & International tournaments. limited spots available, wrestlers are strongly encouraged to attend all sessions as they connect with each other and will encourage growth.

2026 Pre-Season Program
August 17th - October 29th
Monday - Thursday
7:00 PM - 8:30 PM

Folkstyle intensive training program focused on skill building and skill proficiencies as well as strength and conditioning built into the program. Limited to the first 60 participants, newer wrestlers discouraged as the level of difficulty is very high.
